Information for Exhibitors

 
The LTD-13 exhibitor spaces will be a featured part of the poster area at the Research Office Building (ROB), Building 48 at SLAC.  During the poster sessions, no other events will be scheduled, so the exhibitors will have an opportunity to promote their products and offer information to all conference participants.  The commercial exhibition will run from July 20th - July 24th, 2009.  Exhibitor check-in and booth set-up are scheduled for Monday, July 20th, from 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM.

 Approximately 300 physicists and engineers will attend LTD-13. Conference participants represent more than 100 top-level universities and research institutes worldwide.  Research areas covered include astronomy and astrophysics, dark matter, nuclear and particle physics, X-ray materials analysis, thin films, semiconductor and superconductor applications, ion spectroscopy and bio-molecule mass spectrometry. Technologies commonly used by LTD-13 researchers include cryogenics, cryoelectronics, thin-film deposition, nano- and micro-fabrication, data acquisition and analysis, etc.  In addition, there will be tours of the X-ray research facilities at SSRL and newly completed LCLS on-site at SLAC.

Exhibits Open: Monday July 20th: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Tues July 21st – Thurs July 23rd: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Friday July 24th: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Exhibitor Check-In/Set-Up
Monday July 20th 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM, Panofsky Auditorium at SLAC.

Shipping/Receiving:
Exhibitors are responsible for receiving their own exhibits and exhibit materials.
Please do not ship materials to SLAC or Stanford University.

Dismantle:
Exhibits and display materials must be removed by Friday July 24, 2009, 6:00 PM.

Payment may be made by Check or Wire Transfer.
